About Us
Hi Everyone,
I am Steve Gunnell, a fellow golfer and now the new owner of Greatgolf.com. When I was 17 I started a small graphic design business, which grew into a successful advertising agency. The only issue was, I loved golf! From a very young age I have played the game. I am a member of Broadstone Golf Club, a stunning course in Dorset, on the South coast of England. So for me this is a dream opportunity to make a big difference in a business that I am passionate about.
I want to focus on delivering a great experience for fellow golfers and their families.
As from the 1st January 2009 we are investing heavily in a new back office administration system, revising and updating the website and improving communications and availability of experts. I plan to improve the following:
quicker booking response times
better prices
provide more information both online and offline
provide better customer service
develop a closer relationship with courses and hotels
refine our selection of courses and hotels
extend our range of services
Im really excited about the future and Im keen to hear from you. If you have any areas that you think we should either improve on or are already doing, let me know.
