At greatgolf.com we aim to provide you with great golf experiences. We appreciate that most of our customers want to play NOT plan so let us sort out your golfing break while you practice your swing!
We also recognise that our customers are our business which means customer service is our top priority NOT just a link on our website! We offer a global service and are therefore continuing to provide support to our customers in additional languages. At present we are pleased to offer customer support in English, Spanish, French and German.
Another thing that separates us from the competition is that greatgolf.com is run and managed by Golfers. This is crucially important because we know what’s important to you and what will ensure you enjoy some great golf when you book through us. We know our lob wedges from our rescue clubs, our par 3’s from our 3 iron’s, so if you want to enjoy a fantastic time from the first tee to the 19th hole, then trust us to book you some great golf!

Our experienced staff are here to help you with any questions you have, whether you are looking to play some golf or want to speak about an existing booking. For non-urgent enquiries please complete the simple Customer Feedback form below and a member of our team will get back to you within 48 hours.
However if your enquiry is of an urgent nature and you need an immediate response please select the relevant contact number for where you live from the list provided and we’ll be pleased to assist you. Please note our office hours are 9:00-5:00 Monday-Friday. Outside of these times we have a priority answer phone service and will respond to your message as soon as possible.
